Grades K-8

Kindergarten

At Woodcrest, we give careful attention to providing a smooth transition from preschool to kindergarten. Our primary goal is to help our students develop the skills for successful learning and the ability to communicate effectively with each other; Our highly trained kindergarten teachers provide a safe and nurturing environment in which each child develops strong foundational skills in math, writing, reading, and technology.  Woodcrest’s social and emotional learning curriculum helps kindergarteners communicate feelings and build self esteem.
